Quest chain
- Read the active requested-catch list before fishing.
- Return every requested smaller catch to receive the Fish Bucket.
- Use it for Bowhead Whale and keep the defeated body.
- Carry the body into the Volcano trigger for Mutated Bowhead Whale.
- Take the ending transport after the fight.
Why this is separate
The unpacked NPC mapping contains two Whale quests on the Scientist and separate military quests on the military NPCs. Completing one chain does not automatically satisfy the other NPC's active objective.
