Steps
- Complete the military dialogue and large-creature objective.
- Use Fish Bucket / Whale Bait for Bowhead Whale.
- Keep the defeated whale for the mutated encounter.
- Defeat Mutated Bowhead Whale and take the final transport to finish the story.
