How to get it
The first firearm tier becomes purchasable after reaching Forest Island.
- Available at: Forest Island
- Observed price: $50
Combat parameters
Single-shot firearm with a 25-damage starting value in the extracted weapon component.
- Base damage: 25 per shot
- Magazine: 10 rounds
- Extended magazine: 17 rounds
- Extended magazine cost: $90
- A practical first attachment platform because its ammunition is easier to budget than late-game weapons.
Damage upgrade ladder
The weapon component stores thirteen damage states. The first cost is zero because it represents the base state; each following amount is the cost attached to that upgraded state.
- Damage: 25 → 28 → 30 → 33 → 35 → 40 → 45 → 50 → 55 → 60 → 100 → 130 → 160
- State costs: $0 → $15 → $25 → $35 → $150 → $250 → $300 → $1,500 → $1,920 → $2,560 → $4,700 → $6,300 → $9,100
Attachment effects
Attachment compatibility and stock change by weapon and island. These are the effects shown by the in-game attachment descriptions.
- Compensator — moderately reduces recoil.
- Suppressor — significantly reduces recoil.
- Extended Mag — increases the number of rounds in the magazine.
- Laser Sight — shows where the weapon is pointing and makes hipfire easier.
- Red Dot Sight — makes targets easier to hit while aiming.
- Sniper Scope — makes distant targets easier to hit while aiming.
- Iron Sight — removes the currently attached sight.
Best use
Use the pistol when control matters more than burst damage. It is well suited to ordinary catches and learning how targets move around the boat.
- Fire deliberately instead of emptying a magazine.
- Create a clear background for trick shots.
- Move to a heavier option for large bosses if fights drag on.
Upgrade logic
Use one eligible firearm with a non-default optic, at least one damage upgrade, a muzzle attachment, laser sight and extended magazine. All five conditions must be active for Fully equipped.
