Quest brief
Complete the lady's request, collect three ground leeches and turn the resulting Leech Bait into the Giant Piranha trophy.
Steps
- Speak to the lady by the lake and complete the active dinner request.
- Pick up three leeches from the island ground.
- Trade them for Leech Bait.
- Defeat Giant Piranha, then return its named trophy for Desert Island coordinates.
Spawn warning
Leeches are ground pickups rather than ordinary fish-table catches. If too few appear, revisit dialogue and reload the island instead of wasting a lure in the water.
